Is sterling silver real silver?
Yes. Sterling silver is a silver alloy containing 92.5% pure silver, with the remaining portion typically made up of other metals to improve strength and durability.
How is chain sold?
Our chain is sold by the foot, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
Each product page will indicate the available chain style, dimensions, and material.
How do I know which jump rings work with my chain?
Each chain listing will provide the recommended jump ring sizes. We recommend checking the product details before ordering to make sure you're selecting a compatible size and gauge.

What does MOQ mean?
MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity.
It is the minimum amount of a product that must be purchased per order. For example, chains have a MOQ of 3, so you would need to add at least 3 feet of chain to your cart.

Ordering
What is your order processing time?
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.
Processing time is separate from the shipping time selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because we aim to process orders quickly, we're not always able to make changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipped.
