Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed. If for some reason an order cannot be met within that time due to backorders, you will be notified via email within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

Standard USPS Ground shipping is free on all domestic orders over $275. Orders under $275 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for customers who want faster delivery. Expedited shipping is an added cost and is calculated at checkout regardless of order size — it is not eligible for the free-shipping threshold.

Shipping Options

Shipping options and costs will vary based on your location; all available options will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Lakeview Findings' control.

UPS Next Day Air: Our fastest shipping option. These orders are prioritized and processed as quickly as possible. Delivery on Saturdays is not guaranteed.

UPS 2nd Day Air: A faster shipping option for time-sensitive orders. 

USPS Priority Mail: A faster option than standard ground shipping. USPS Priority Mail delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

UPS Ground/USPS Ground: Our standard shipping option. Orders are processed within our standard processing time before being handed off to the carrier. 

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied upon delivery by their country's customs authority.

Signature Requirement

A signature is required upon delivery for any order over $1,000.

Route Package Protection

Lakeview Findings offers Route Package Protection at checkout for added protection against eligible issues such as loss, damage, or theft during transit. If you choose to add Route Package Protection, eligible claims can be submitted through Route. If you decline package protection, Lakeview Findings is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the carrier. Once Route Package Protection has been added to an order, the protection fee cannot be removed or refunded. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. If an order is returned to Lakeview Findings because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order. If you notice an address error after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lakeviewfindings.com. We'll do our best to update the address before the order ships. 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing an item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at hello@lakeviewfindings.com. Please include your order number, clear photos showing the issue, and a brief description. For damaged shipments, please keep the original packaging as well — this will help us determine the appropriate resolution.

Returns

Because our chain is cut to order and many of our connectors are made to order, all sales are final with the exception of manufacturing defects reported within 3 business days of delivery as described above.

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as it hasn't shipped. Once your order's shipping label has been printed and the package sealed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

In the rare case a return is approved outside of a defect claim, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Approved returns should be sent to:
